We offer two payment options at checkout: Prepaid, where 100% of the order total is paid online, and Partial COD, where 20% of the final order total is paid online in advance and the remaining 80% is payable to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. The exact amounts are shown before you confirm payment.
For Partial COD orders, the order is processed after the 20% advance payment is successfully received. The remaining balance must be paid when the parcel is delivered. Partial COD is not a zero-advance cash-on-delivery option. Please provide a valid phone number and accurate shipping address, and be available to receive the order.
Orders and payment status are subject to verification. If you need to cancel an order or believe a payment has failed, contact KONJO support promptly before the order is dispatched. Any eligible refund will be handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary by location or courier. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment. For details, see our Shipping Policy.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.
